Permission to use assets and music that are unlikely to be copyright claimed will be assumed unless stated by the client otherwise. (video game music, stock images, etc.)

Credit must be given by linking to my twitter account on every project.

All commissions are subject to be used in my portfolio and can be posted on my social media after initial release.

Please provide links, timestamps, or footage of what you'd like me to edit. Otherwise you will be charged $20/hr spent VOD scrubbing.

All payments via Paypal invoice. Payments due on receipt of deliverable unless agreed upon otherwise.

Videos and any documents will be exchanged via Google Drive. Please add any assets you'd like me to use to the Google Drive before I begin your commission. (i.e. recordings, emotes, vtuber PNGs, etc.)

Deadlines are agreed upon at the start of the project and are dependent on the client providing all necessary details in a timely manner and on the amount of revisions requested. Every commission will receive my best effort and I will not deliver a product below my quality standard. You will be notified of any delays if they may occur.

Consistent, timely, and detailed communication is encouraged. Please let me know if you'll be unable to respond and for how long. Failure to do so will most likely result in no further work and/or cancelation.

I reserve the right to deny or cancel any request. Especially when any terms are broken.

Refunds are up to my discretion.
